Claimhandling

Dear Customers,

we would like to inform you that you can settle your claim by the following ways.

  1. You can download the Claim Settlement Form  from the right panel (available only in Hungarian), fill in the form and send us back signed
    1. in person or by post:     CARDIF Életbiztosító Zrt./CARDIF Biztosító Zrt.    1033 Budapest, Kórház utca 6-12.
    2. by email:  ugyfelszolgalat@cardif.hu.

  1. If you don't have a printer at home, you can ask us to send you. For this purpose please let us know which type of claim you would like to settle.

 

We would like to inform our Customers that we have 15 days to handle the settled claim after all the required documents arrived to us. About the decision we will inform you in letter sent to the address given by the Customer.
